During this Recession most drivers are re-considering their vehicle purchases. While the Good Times rolled we were happy to buy expensive cars with lots of options, as we believed the strong resale value of these cars, with their gadgets, would allow us to change to a similar car, for the same cost in three to four years time.

WRONG!

Don’t worry, everyone got it wrong. Very few analysts predicted this recession and only a few were warning of potential hardship to come, by dressing it up as a “Credit Crunch”. This sideswipe combined with the Government frightening the public by threatening exorbitant Vehicle License Duty for Bands F & G, the residual values of second hand cars have plummeted to levels not experienced before.

The Good News

Well, now that the valuations for used vehicles have been drastically reduced it means we are able to procure cheaper cars at better prices. We will then pass this advantage onto our customer’s. If, like many others, you are thinking of cutting your losses and getting a solid, looked after, more cost effective mode of transport, whilst retaining reliability, then ask us if we can find you a specific type of car. We concentrate on well maintained reliable cars under £5000, which presents you with better value for money.
